For tenancies entered into after 1st June 2019
Before renting a property through our agency we will require the following:
- A holding deposit of no more than one week’s rent
- Before moving into the property we will then require the balance rent and five weeks’ rent for the deposit
Payments throughout the tenancy:
- Rent
- Utilities (if applicable)
- Default charges– rent arrears and lost keys and security fobs
- A charge of £50.00 inclusive of VAT for any change of tenancy i.e. adding a person to the tenancy agreement at the tenant’s request
- Tenant Early Termination Check out fee
Company Let:
Administration fee of £486 inclusive of VAT to be take for a company let. This is non refundable in all situations.
